"How much does a new roof cost?"
There are many aspects of your roof to consider. What kind of Material you choose will determine the cost of your roof.
If you are going from a Wood Shake Roof to a Composition Shingle roof then plywood may need to be installed.

Dry Rot, if any, will be found after the old roof has been removed. Dry Rot repair is billed at a time and material basis. We will notify you if any Dry Rot is uncovered and estimate the cost to repair.
"How long will the process take?"
The amount of time needed to replace your roof is determined by several factors; size, accessibility, pitch and material selected.
"What do I need to do to prepare for my new roof?"
It is a good idea to remove any vehicles from the garage and driveway area the day before we actually begin the process. There could be vibration, especially during the "Tear-Off" process. You may want to remove valuable items from shelves until after the tear-off is completed.
